Okey, being fit doesn't come natural. Some might argue with that, so I'm gonna be clear: To be fit you have to exercise, eat right and take care of your body. - Thats what I mean about being fit. But sure, some can be natural thin.
I am one of those thats natural skinny so basicly I can eat whatever I want to eat, but I rather keep my body healthy so I'm trying to eat variated healthy foods (but of course I'm human so I slip sometimes. Chips are just way too good).
So, on todays menu: Sausage casserole. Okey, it might not sound too healthy. But relax, the sausage is made of turkey and its meager. Its cooked together with broccoli, cauliflower, onion and at the end mixed with macaroni (we used whole grain for a healthier approach) together with virgin oil. Oh, and we added some cheese + parsley at the top for extra flavour.
It was supertasty even without salt and pepper. :)
